U.S. v. Corona, No. 93-10659 (9th Cir.) (34 F.3d 876) (September 7, 1994) (Judge Stephen S. Trott)

Case held that Nevada was improper venue for trying the defendant on a ยง 924(c)(1) charge, even though it was the proper venue for trying the defendant on the underlying drug conspiracy charge, because he never used or carried the gun in Nevada.
