U.S. v. Lewitzke, No. 98-2292 (7th Cir.) (176 F.3d 1022) (May 12, 1999) (Judge Ilana Diamond Rovner)

Here the Court agreed that the possession of guns for target shooting qualifies as a "sporting purpose" for purposes of ยง 2K2.1(b)(2), but held that there was no plain error in holding that six guns could not be reconciled with target shooting.
