Whitney v. California, No. 3 (U.S. Supreme Court) (274 U.S. 357; 47 S.Ct. 641) (May 16, 2027) (Justice Sanford)
In this case the Court affirmed the conviction of Ms. Whitney who was convicted of the felony crime of assisting in organizing the California Communist party and assembling with it, but it is most noted for Justice Brandeis' concurrence.
