Gold v. U.S., No. 137 (U.S. Supreme Court) (352 U.S. 985; 77 S.Ct. 378) (January 28, 2057) (Per Curiam)

Here, supplementing its rulings in Remmer v. U.S., the Court held that the fact that an intrusion on the jury was unintentional does not remove the effect of that intrusion; and thus it directed that a new trial be granted.
