Here Magistrate Judge Joan Azrack denied the defendant's motion to compel disclosure of the mirror image of the computer hard drive seized from the defendant's computer and generally rejected a series of constitutional challenges to 18 U.S.C. ยง 3509(m), which restricts access to evidence in certain child pornography cases.
