Conviction of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime under 18 USC section 924(c) is affirmed, where: 1) 18 USC 924(c) is constitutional as applied; and 2) the Second Amendment does not safeguard the unlawful purpose of possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
